Health & Fitness

Hi! I'm Kris Ashley! I'm an author, speaker, and tv and podcast host. When I was younger I went through trauma that severely impacted my life for a great many years. Then my life changed after I had a spiritual awakening. Over the past 20+ years I've studied everything from personal development, to the Law of Attraction, to Quantum Physics, to a multitude of healing modalities, and so much more.I’ve collected so much knowledge from such a wide variety of sources and put it all into practice in my own life. The knowledge was seemingly unrelated, yet as I kept diving deep, patterns began to emerge and I started to realize that it was all connected.Join me as I explore the intersection between personal development, spirituality, and science. By listening to this podcast, you will gain a new perspective, and, as a result, you will walk away knowing that by changing your perception, belief system, and unconscious programming, new pathways can open up before you. And most importantly you will know that you don’t have to be your past. You are a powerful creator and YOU create your own reality.Since my awakening, I have created the life of my dreams and decided I wanted to give back. This podcast, my book, and my coaching company were born. Money is Energy: Where Strategy Meets Soul with Money Coach Crystal Chow

Feb 24, 202651 minS1 E8

What if the key to financial freedom isn’t just better strategy… but a healed relationship with money? In this episode of Change Your Mind, Kris Ashley sits down with money consciousness coach and former private banker Crystal Chow to explore the powerful intersection of wealth, identity, and generational healing. After managing over $250 million in assets, Crystal realized that financial success without inner alignment leads to burnout and emptiness — and that manifestation without structure won’t pay the bills. Together, they unpack what it truly means to say “money is energy” — not as a fluffy concept, but as a practical framework for transforming your financial reality. Crystal shares how unconscious money stories are passed down through generations, why hustle energy creates an invisible income ceiling, and how shifting from chasing money to attracting aligned opportunities changes everything. They also dive into: - The role of personal responsibility in reclaiming financial power - The difference between a million dollars and a “million dollar life” - Why affirmations must feel authentic to rewire your subconscious - The 10 money identities that may be shaping your financial behavior - How to blend feminine flow with masculine strategy for lasting wealth If you’ve been doing the mindset work, taking action, and still wondering when the money will arrive — this conversation offers both reassurance and realignment. True wealth isn’t built through force. It’s created through alignment, awareness, and intentional action. Listen now and start rewriting your money story from the inside out.

Source, the Big Bang, and the Puzzle of the Soul with Michael Hirshome

Feb 17, 202624 minS2 E7

What if the storm that shakes your life is actually an invitation from Source? In this powerful episode of Change Your Mind, Kris Ashley sits down with author and thought leader Michael Hirshome to explore the profound intersection of spirituality, quantum science, and consciousness. After spending nearly 30 years in the structured, black-and-white world of accounting, Michael experienced a life-altering awakening that began with a tornado encounter on the Delaware Memorial Bridge — a moment he now sees as symbolic of the internal storm that would eventually dismantle his old identity. Career collapse, intense stress, and fear forced him to confront a deeper truth: he was living through the wrong lens. In this conversation, Kris and Michael unpack: How paradigm shifts are often triggered by breakdowns Why fear-based conditioning keeps us feeling separate from the Divine The “lens” theory — how perception shapes reality The spiritual meaning behind life’s storms Meditation as a tool for rewiring consciousness The connection between Source, the Big Bang, and the soul Michael shares how reading Conversations with God by Neale Donald Walsch radically transformed his understanding of God, oneness, and human potential — shifting him from fear to unity consciousness. This episode invites you to question inherited belief systems, release outdated programming, and recognize that you are not separate from the ocean of consciousness — you are the ocean itself. If you’ve ever felt called to something more, this conversation will expand your perspective and remind you that by changing your mind, you truly can change your reality.

The Healing Modality Bruce Lipton Trusts: Psych-K with Adelajda Child

Feb 10, 202639 minS2 E6

What if healing isn’t about fixing yourself—but reprogramming your subconscious mind? In this episode of Change Your Mind with Kris Ashley, Kris sits down with PSYCH-K facilitator Adelajda Child to explore the powerful belief-change modality trusted by Dr. Bruce Lipton, author of The Biology of Belief and pioneer of epigenetics. PSYCH-K is a subconscious reprogramming process developed in 1988 that helps shift limiting beliefs, reduce chronic stress, and support emotional and physical healing—often in minutes rather than years. Adelajda explains how PSYCH-K works, why it differs from traditional talk therapy, and how it supports the nervous system by creating a whole-brain state. This conversation also dives into the science of stress, including how cortisol impacts the brain, immune system, digestion, and long-term health—and why unresolved trauma and emotions can become stored in the body. If you’re on a healing journey, struggling with stress, or curious about the intersection of neuroscience, spirituality, and subconscious transformation, this episode offers both grounded science and expansive perspective. ✨ When you change your mind, your body—and your life—can follow.
